W.A.C. Welding Policies

Shipping

We ship our products by courier. We use ShipTime to find the best courier for your location, which is typically Purolator for urban addresses and Canpar for rural addresses. All of our options should arrive within four business days.

Refunds & Returns

W.A.C. products can be returned for a full refund only if they are unused. Testing a unit on your welder before serious use is acceptable, but we cannot accept returns that have been installed and used on work sites. Customers are responsible for shipping if they are making a return. To make a return, contact our team. We’ll give you all the necessary shipping instructions and help you through the process.

Warranty

Our warranty covers equipment failure only. If the failure is found to be user-caused (e.g. physical damage, careless treatment) we can still perform repairs for our usual non-warranty repair fee, which varies depending on parts and time required.

Compatibility Disclaimer

Please note, W.A.C. Welding cannot guarantee that our product will work with your welder. We do our best to give you the tools to easily select the correct W.A.C. device. Our compatibility list is based on information provided by the machine’s manufacturers. We cannot account for mistakes in that information, aftermarket modification, damage to the welder, or any other unforeseen reasons that our device may not work with your specific machine.
